    does anyone know if FSD sync is available for dealerships?

    Last I knew, no, but things could have changed. If you are a dealer, call tech support to confirm.

        Maybe you can get it from one of your former co-workers? Big transfer though, about 38 gig, takes a while. Good luck.

          FSD Sync was available to dealerships. With that said, Ricoh is switching from syncplicity to OneDrive. Ricoh Direct has it but, to my knowledge, it hasn't been released to the dealerships yet.

          That is bad because syncplicity hasn't updated for awhile and does not have any of the new IM series.

          Hopefully you can see the attachment with the announcement at the top.
