Ricoh MP C503SPF

We just picked up service on this machine Ricoh MP C503SPF. While I do have the Tech Manual the instructions for entering the service mode are "ask you're supervisor".
My supervisor does not know how to enter the service mode on this machine either. Nor does our local super tech.

Can somebody please provide me with the secret mode code.

Ricoh MP C503SPF doesn't exist, what is the correct model number?

SP Modes:

CA (Yellow), 1, 0, 7, C (Red, held)

or if the machine is new:

CA (Yellow), 8, 0, 6, 1, 8, 2, C (Not red, held)

This has been discussed plenty of times.

You're right about the bogus model number. I switched the numbers by accident. MP C503 should have been MP C305.

Thanks for the reply. I figured it out the hard way. With the customer watching me furiously trying multiple combinations on the key pad. Hopefully this info will help the next tech searching for the code.

NB: There are a few issues with this model, but keeping the FW up to date seems to help
