Re: MP C3003(how to turn off duplex in printing)
Once you have installed the driver on the server, you can change the print preferences. The only problem is that changing them on the server only changes the server. You have to go to each workstation and change them as well.
Steps to change defaults prior to installing print drivers:- Download the driver from Ricoh
- Extract the driver to a folder
- Download Print Driver Editor or Print Driver Packager NX
- Print Driver Editor is no longer available from Ricoh but you can Google it
- Print Driver Packager NX is a rather large download but has a lot of whistles and bells that some IT departments like
- Use PDE to edit the driver before it is install.
PDP-NX allows you to package the driver to be pushed down to individual users or groups of users. This allows IT to configure the driver that each user or group of user specific to that user or group at the server before deploying the driver.Comment

Re: MP C3003(how to turn off duplex in printing)
The new Ricoh drivers are set to duplex by default. To change this in Windows go to Devices and Printers / Printers and Faxes (depending on the version of Windows) > Right click printer driver > Printer Properties / just Properties (again, depending on the version of Windows) > Advanced > Printing Defaults, then go to General > Preferences and change the same settings.
If you can't do this for the customer get the IT, then tell the customer that their IT didn't know to change it.Comment
