Is it always on the same line? I've seen that happen on the big machines. The drum drive gears were dirty, causing the image to skip a little. Try cleaning the drum drive section, see if that helps.

can we try to print a test pattern full coverage of black if it will appear. try also cleaning the laser target glass Sir.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

It is always on the same line and only when i'm printing text. It does not occur when copying (I tried to copy a newspaper - no marks). Fuser was also replaced. I'll try to clean the laser.

This looks a lot like an issue I had on one of these machines a while ago where the oil roller had a flat spot, and wasn't turning. I assume that it was causing a bit of drag when the page first entered the fuser.
Try testing the machine with the cleaning assy removed

I've got a similar blurred image line on a MP 6500 it was the laser shield glass that was dirty, it wasn't easy to see the dirt cause it was small toner particles. Cleaned it with alcohol, wupti the blurriness was gone.
