MPC3300 Color Copy Isuues

I have replaced the ITB On tis machine, ran the auto Line corrections, did the color registration in user tools, all completed, the print out form service mode, print test page is just about perfect as it gets, when a color copy is made though its way off, the green is aqua, the yellow is barely there, and the registration is off,is there a diiferent line correction for copy?
any advice before i part this out on ebay...LOL

I would re-do the colour cal in user tools/maintenance. That is where you are calibrating the optics and sounds like where the issue lies. I would also suggest making sure the optics are clean (no windex or cleaning chemicals that leave residue). Other components that play a part in registration and tones are the ID sensors, you could check and clean those, but if your print colour test chart from service mode (1103-2) is perfect than you've already isolated the problem to the optics.

has someone done a Memory all clear on it, reset the data from the sheet should bring it back into line
