I did. About 3,4 hours. Nobody says exactly how to acces sp mode 7-810. I tried everything i could think off. That's why i'm asking for help.

My guess is that it is a factory mode SP setting.

I had an issue close to this a few weeks back, when a customer had set up a new PC in the office and wanted drivers installed. I ended up hitting my head like you, as every other function worked beside the scan to folder.

For me, I had to check the paths on the folder the client wanted scanned to. Part of the issue here is that they had more than one PC in the same office with the same folder name set to scan to that other PC, even though that PC was being phased out, it was still being used until then, causing an issue. To fix this, I changed the name of the customers PC and the folder, made sure to set up sharing privileges.

Even after that I still had an issue, ended up being a address conflict with the address book on the machine. Reset the address book, power cycled the unit and then checked file paths and privileges again, after this the unit was able to scan to folder.

Of course, the above "fix" in this case came with the help of Slimslob, also seen here on the forums. Hopefully this will help you?

The problem is that i can't acces the damn admin account on web image monitor,to configure the adress book. How do i enter factory sp mode, if that is where i can acces sp7-810...?

You'll need to reset the address book on the machine it's self before you can log into the admin web image, I had the same problem where I got locked out of the web image while trying to change paths.

Reset the address book on the machine, should resolve the issue. Are you unable to log into Sp mode on the machine it's self? Or do you not know how to access SP mode on the machine?

I can enter sp mode on machine. If i reset the adress book,can i enter wim? It resets the admin password too?

Have you tried using User Tools? Sometimes a machine is set to require a password for admin using WIM but not in User Tools. If there is no Login button at the top of the screen, next to the Exit button, you should be able to change the admin password there.

You mean user tools from the mfp system settings?

That is correct, user tools on that actual MFP.
