    Ricoh MP C7501 Off colors

Hello friends, I have a Ricoh MP C7501, the colors are of and am not sure what to do with this machine.
I have run the calibration a couple of times and the same thing. Am not sure whether I should change all the pcu.
Can anyone help. This machine is on a ship.

    Thanks.

are you using an external print server?...fiery or creo? or printing direct from your pc/mac.

check ur ID Sensors, they are dirty. check for scattered toners inside the machine, those can make ur sensors readings incoorect. check if u got a SC4xx is/are registered in SC history (SP7403)
    cheers

If possible, could you provide an picture of the print defect? It would help with the diagnosis.
Sorry, some of us need visual input to give correct information, and as we can't physically see your machine and what it is doing it would help if you could be our eyes.

Whats the meter on the DV? if its over, change it, i would change it all at once, and run your acc then run your calibration, i heard if you run user calibration more than a couple times it will affect the density of the colors

Ricoh has put out a number of bulletins on this beast concerning light image and toner scattering. If you do not have them, download them and apply all the recommended adjustments. After you have finished all the adjustments recommended by Ricoh bulletins, make the adjustments found in the attached. Service Program (SP) Settings.pdf
