There is no http when i load it. The address bar contains 10.176.248.26/web/guest/en/websys/webArch/mainFrame.cgi for the one that will not load and 10.176.248.24/web/guest/en/websys/webArch/mainFrame.cgi and 10.176.248.23/web/guest/en/websys/webArch/mainFrame.cgi for the ones that will load.

1. Bad machine IP : 10.176.248.26
2.Good machine IP : 10.176.248.23
As a test only.
To check for network " hardware firewall" range error .
Temporarily swap(end number) the above good and bad machine machine IP address in each copier. Using the WIM (http)see if you can log on to 10.176.248.23 NEW IP address of the problem machine.

Don't forget to swap them back else users will print to the wrong copier.....

You might have a problem with a security certificate as well.
Does the problem machine show the correct date and time.
Incorrect MFD or PC date and time may show out of date security certificates even though they are current. Then again this usually shows up an http error and not as a totally blank web page.

I want to thank you all for your help. It turns out, when I said I turned the machine off and on again, i was mistaken. I finally found the main power switch. After truly turning the machine off and on again, the web image monitor is back.
