The Ricoh dealer I work for is taking over service on a Toshiba estudio 905. I have been told it is the same machine as a Pro907 and it looks the same in pics I have seen... can anyone verify that for me? If it is a 907 does it use the same Ricoh toner and developer or does it require Toshiba supplies? Lastly is access to SP mode the same as a Ricoh? Thanks for any info.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I know the 907 very well, it doesn't use a toner RFID setup. Don't know what hacks Toshi did to it but I'm assuming not too much...... This was a machine swap Ricoh did with Toshi to get the much maligned 3131 color box a few years back................

everything is the same except toner cartridge is different on the end, and the toshiba toner is much more expensive, like with most rebadged machines, the new high end toshibas are now sharpsComment
