cs 450 and paper jam all trays ricoh 2035e

copier machine went off and i found out behind the IOB board full of toner i replaced IOB board but machine didnt turn on until i had to replace registration sensor.. but paper from all trays cannot pass the registration sensor.. they jam before registration roller.. at the same time i have cs 450 that related to development motor..
I also ran 5804 and i didnt hear click sound from running 5804040 related to development clutch and running 5804032 gave me cs450 that's related to development motor.
tomorrow im going to replace development motor but i dont know where the development clutch is ..
any suggestion for these confusing problems

yea its the same 2035e . the problem wasnt psu . it was my mistake. the problem was registration sensor.. when i replaced the sensor machine turned on....
i have one 1045 and two 2035
i use one 2035's spare part for other machines
i have these kind of confusing problems after every 100K .

These machines are well past their sell by date now. Bin them asap, you'll be able to pick up 4000/5000's dirt cheap now.

Final month of assured parts availability was February 2011. Find a cliff somewhere and push it off.

A Seized up Dev unit is more likely than the actually motor if you remove the dev unit / pcu can you turn the gear?

If not replace it.

There is no dv clutch on 2035e , there is only development drive unit ass'y ( part no B082 1142 )
I think there is overload caused by that amount of toner behind the IOB . check drive section
specially the two ball bearings on the gear shaft behind the relay clutch

Development motor cable was disconnected .thats why machine cloud not pick up the paper. i had cs450 before this problem so i replaced development motor and TRAY LIFT MOTOR anyway... cs 450 completly solved.. paper pick up solved.. but every 20 or 30 copies paper jam around registration roller . paper twist around registration roller
im not sure but i think its registration sensor .((last time machine went off because of faulty relay sensor))
any suggestion ?

finally i have found the solution . im going to another 100k . until... registration sensor and relay sensor were defective... toner spilled under registration roller and behind the Motor control board .. i replaced the relay and registration sensor.. i wasnt sure about the Motor control board but replaced it. im going to replace the drum and developer seal to prevent toner soiling .
