ok i solved the problem. I switched off auto color selection on scan features and set up color scan only and its now working ok

Use the Check Modes button to see if any settings have been changed -- Pale, Generation, etc.

Try scanning with a different filter. Text,picture,map instead of text/photo mode.

Hi,

I have a problem with scanner on this machine. When a customer is scanning in full color scans are perfect, but it all changes when it comes to bw scanning. Scan get dots on scan file all over the paper (attached files)

So far i've cleaned optics, firmware upgrade

Any suggestions are welcome =)
