    Hmmm, Fridge. Maybe he has a glob of toner or piece of paper or something caught in the connector recepticle.

      Bu the way, nothing in conector, I clean them just fine.
      One of my colegs has doing 5 - 801 (memory clear). Can be that?

          I agree with Imind, no 5801 for this. Change the duplex clutch if that hasn't been done yet, common failure! AX20 0171 I think.....

              Replace the Duplex harness....I ran into this very problem about a year ago and it was the connector on the machine side.
