I always facing this problem .I change the dv but it still come back after

Check the back of your machine, take out the development motor check the bushings, they wear out or change the motor assy as a hole.

Yeh.

It all about the drive system to dv tank.
check the dv bushing, bearings and the dv drive motor system.
the error appeared due to dv drive motor overloaded. thats all nothing ealse.

i used a little oil for dv bushing and now it working good
