we have the mentioned above problem it runs cQ problems faint ,background ,black copies
change the developer,cleared but it returns back

Contamination from bad toner. Replace the development unit with new developer. Clean out all toner in the PCU housing and the toner supply tray and put in genuine Ricoh toner.

While it would be kind of messy to replace a development unit with developer, slimslob is right otherwise. It is really important that you clean out all the old toner from the PCU before you put the new developer material in the development unit. That includes the toner in the drum unit's toner recycling auger.
