Ricoh Pro C901s Graphic Art Edition - Conflicting GSM info

We have seen conflicting information for this machines acceptable paper media weight. I have seen brochures that say it will accept 350 gsm but have heard people say that it will not take that. Anyone have a way to be sure? We know that the ProC 901 GA Plus does 350 gsm as I have talked to someone who also runs that machine to confirm it matches the brochure I saw list it as its max gsm.

We were told that the Pro C901S Graphic Art Edition does the 350 gsm because of the graphics art edition portion.

You need to have LCT fitted for straight(ish) feed path you can't auto duplex for obvious reasons and it should be Ricoh approved stock.(in media library)

I have customers trying all sorts and tell them if not approved don't call in for jams.(they don't listen and try to blag it used to work ok!!)

The Pro c901 GA+ only supports 301 to 350 gsm From the LCIT and is also spec'ed to duplex 350 gsm. AS Gamut said you need to use media from the paper library for best results..............sorry the formatting of the copy/paste sucks...
