    Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

        Try to fit a black pump in place of a yellow one and you'll see the ITB damaging or blocking the tube.

                In the last two weeks I've had 1 c3500, 1 c4000, and 1 c5000, all experience the add toner problem just after adding a new OEM cartridge. WTH?
