Ricoh 1022 Cassette wheel only shows metric?

Ok, we have swapped some boards around, but the cassette wheels will only diplay A and B sizes. I can't seem to find anything in user tools or system settings to return it to inches. Two different SBCU boards were tried with the same result. Any ideas? Am I just missing something? Thanks ahead of time.

    Hi Try this
    mm/inch Selection
Selects whether mm or inches are used in the display.
Note: After selecting the number, you must turn the main power switch off and on.
    Europe/Asia model: [0 = mm / 1 = inch]
    American model: [0 = mm / 1 = inch]

I would recommend flashing the firmware. I've had some strange things happen when swapping boards between machines that don't have the identical firmware versions and accessories.

              PWB Switches?

I seem to remember getting new boards from Ricoh that on a couple of occasions, had the mini switches (those tiny banks of bit-switches) set for use in Europe. This info was not in the literature and the only way we confirmed the correct settings was to compare the new board with one from a functional machine.

The Service Mangler strikes again! The 5131 was at 0. What I don't get is why the 0? I believe all the boards/copiers that were swapped worked correctly before being installed? I guess something caused one to go back to default?

Of course you could join the rest of the world and go metric!

Life would be so much easier if Microsoft was a european company and wrote all its software with metric as the default setting!
