    RT36 that Z-folds on AF450

I think I'm on the right track. Here's the story:

I'm getting code 8 & code 16 jams from the paper deck (RT36). At first I was getting flipped corners at the front. I found some paper cuts in the plastic deck outlet guide. Also the lift plate was ~3mm low at the front, easily adjustable at the belt attachment.

Now the flipped corners are gone, but I'm left with the Z-folds just inside the vertical path. After cleaning the vertical path rollers I got 200 to pass, but the problem gradually returned. Does anyone have the part#s for the rubber vertical path rollers?

Other possibilities I considered were worn vertical path feed switches (600K copies), or worn deck clutches. I've ruled out the vertical path switches mostly because there is no jamming from any of the other trays, and there is no visible cuts or wear. The deck clutches had a little rust, what I would consider normal for 600K, and the paper gets out of the deck, jamming just beyond (possibly overdriving?) Does anyone have part#s for the two (visually identical) paper deck clutches?

Other jams that were recorded were code 66, 19. There were only a few. I'll be ordering the vertical path rollers & deck clutches, hopefully Monday. Am I missing something obvious here? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Been a while since I've worked on those, but from what I remember I think you're on the right path with the clutches. I used to replace them every other PM. Not much else makes those machines jam. Don't have the part numbers on hand, but could get them Monday if you still need them.

      Fixed.

Personally I think the clutches made the most difference. The two upper vertical feed rollers were pretty shiny though, and the vertical feed switches had significant wear (601K, most of it through the RT36).

Could those vertical path rollers be any more difficult to change?! Thanks! =^..^=
