mp161 doc feed tire replacement

can someone please send me a diagram on how to R/R the doc feed tire on a mp161, it does not want to come off, i have tried removing the little pin that holds the gear that seems like it would release the shaft, but i cant really get it to come out, doesnt seem to me that this would be a rocket science project but it does not look like its made to be replaced, but i know it is

yes thank you i have this part down,its the actual feed tire on the shaft i need to c how this comes apart, there is a pin in the gear on the shaft that seems to be permanent ...

It is intended to be replaced as a unit. Ricoh does not make individual parts available.

Digicor

Unclip the feed roller clip and pull the shaft so that the "permanent pin" moves towards the plastic frame. Now turn the shaft so that the pin lines up with the slot in the plastic frame and it can be extracted that way. Now you should have enough room to remove the roller. Re-assembly is the reverse of the above.
