Copier prints fine, but copies from glass and DF are look like they are over exposed. Have cleaned optics and done firmware updates.
Any ideas

Check birth certificate under front door if it still exist and enter scanner settings. Some clever tech has killed the macchine by doing a memory clear.

If white plate is dirty, faint copies are expected not overexposed.

The definition of overexposure in this instance, would be light/washed out images, but a sample copy would really help

If ACC has never been run on a color machine, the slightest amount of dust on the mirrors during white plate read will cause extremely light copies.
