    I've worked with 1 particular 3d printer and it's 3d scanner. It's not a simple straight forward process to get a "good" 3D scan to build something from.................

      May I should supply you these gears for about 6 dollars each (for 50 gears you said), plus the shipping cost (because they are small, I estimate the shipping cost about 30 dollars). If you are interested in this send me a pm.

        great info... many thanks! this confirms what the 3d printing company told me..... to make use of this new 3d printing technology in making gears for our machines, we need the 3d design....

        that's a reasonable price thanks... one of my suppliers is sending me a brand new sample of this gear.... will pm you if needed...
