If it is just that the drawer latch is broken, all you need is D0392551 Paper Tray. You can transfer all the other parts. If you have a good tray 2 at your office just change the face plate.

Or the repair kit, D039 9900.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

Hmm.. D0399900. Anyone have the doc that originated this part (assume it is a tech bulletin or something). This is not something I see as available in the states and it seems stupid to continue to replace the entire tray if there is a easier fix available, especially from Ricoh. (Yes, I know about the part from Omega and no we are not allowed to use them for whatever reason).

I would assume this fixes the tray latch where it breaks? Google says it is a upper tray guide plate so not sure that is the same thing.

Please PM me or link it here.

        Thanks.

Got it. TB48 for the 2030-2050 series machines in the States. D1052540 is also a part number.

Can we stay on topic? I need a drawer, NOT a fix. I know about the fix and did not ask for that! If you have a drawer let me know, if not please stop hijacking my posts!

Well, here's the thing, if you post a question like this on a technical forum you will get technical answers. So everybody has been on topic.
If all you want is a part, you will find it more productive to post your question here:
                      http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/fo...ade-or-wanted/
                      Or perhaps here:
                      http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/the-parts-room/
as that is what those two forums are designed to do.
