Does any body knows why , wen going to add e-mail or fax contacts thru the Ricoh Webb Monitor does not show this options . machine can only copy and print. Does have the SD memory cards on the side. Fax address on the bottom and scan on top.

Both options have to be installed in the machine before you can access it.

the Ricoh Webb Monitor does not show this options because you have the first copiers that have the first firmware, try update the firmware if you have it

if you have the P/S kit installed, you have to check the location of the SD card maybe installed in wrong slot. Put it in slot 1

Did you log into the web monitor as a administrator. If not the address will not show on some of them I don't have a MP1600 to look at but if the machine has everything on it. I'll check that first. Mongo
