Can you do a 5801-011? I'd try that and see if the machine pulls an ip once dhcp is back on. If it does then use the wim to check/change the security settings.

The default setting is dhcp on so if you did an ncs clear and its working you should be able to pull an ip. plug a ethernet cable in and print a printer config page from user tools or you can print one from printer service mode. i believe its printer sp 1004
