Possible main charge leak. Check the grid and for any toner traces around the housing.

Sc 302 is a charge corona leak. Probably just needs a new corona wire or even a whole corona unit. Sometimes they will get small hairline cracks and arc slightly causing codes.

2850, doesn't than one have the charge roller as opposed to the wire? in that case you can try cleaning it(carfeul! it rides on the drum!) with water only!!! alcohol dries it out and is terrible on the drum. let t dry completely before putting it back in.

With all of the different Ricoh-umbrella manufacturers, I have to constantly Google models to try to find a website with a cross-reference. I believe that there are books with values on them and a good cross-reference, but I do not have access to those.
