1: SC712 doesn't exist so that makes giving advice very tricky. You probably mean SC721, but I'm not here to guess. Perhaps provide a little backgound on what you've done to resolve it?

Try changing SP 3045, Toner End Detect, to 1. If the machine then functions properly, you have either a bad toner cartridge or a bad RFID board.

Thank you for answering, the problem of the yellow toner is ok we have resolved it. For the code it's SC772 so i think it'is the finisher problem but the copier work well. So we have another problem, We want to configure the printer on windows xp sp3 32bit we have not the driver not again on the web site ricoh. If you can send us the doc technique and the driver. THANK YOU.

Try using the Vista or Windows 7 (32) driver. Most of Ricoh's 32 bit drivers for a given model are the same and so are 64 bit drivers.

Ricoh mpc5000 - are you sure you have error code sc712 ??? maybe you have sc 721

Finisher jogger motor error
The jogger fences move out of the home position but the HP sensor
output does not change within the specified number of pulses.

The 1st failure issues an original jam message, and the 2nd failure
721 B issues this SC code.

Jogger HP sensor disconnected, defective
Jogger motor disconnected, defective
Jogger motor overloaded due to obstruction
Finisher main board and jogger motor
