    Ricoh Aficio MP8001

When using the ADF it slightly rips the leading edge of the paper where it passes between the ADF Feed belt and the separation roller. I have replaced the Feed Belt, Separation roller, Feed belt pulley, lubricated the ADF feed assembly. These have helped a little but it still rips the lead edge. Thanks in advance..

Everything appears to look good. The customer has 7502 in another room and I have even swapped out feed assemblies. The machine still puts a slight tear on the lead edge. Which makes me think it has to do with the lower frame unit. but just not sure

Have you tried the torque limiter.....the white hub that the separation roller attaches too?

I replaced it about 6 months ago. I wouldn't have thought it would be bad. But they are a title company so they scan A LOT! I'll try replacing it again.
