    MPC5502 Jam code 013

I have a practically brad new mpc5502 (11k color,33k blk) runs like a top, then the client wanted a punch unit, still ran like a scolded cat, now, it's throwing 013 intermittently , i cleaned all the feed tires in the transport, finisher, registration, duplex etc,
I ran 100 hole punched, two sided , not one jam, weve had a lot of rain here, could moisture be playing a factor? I cant seem to get it to do it while im there (of coarse). Is there anything pertaining to the Punch unit slowing the timing?
In my experience with punch units, they will fail before 100 pages if they have a problem, so i dont think its the punch unit, any pointers would be helpfull, thanks

Jam 013 Bank Transport 3 Vertical transport sensor 3 or relay sensor does not detect paper from tray 3 (LCT).

          OK kool
they machine ran all last night no jam, so i think all it was may have been dirty sensors in the registration area,
          well see tonight
