MPC vs SPC Fuser unit price difference

    Quick question.

A lot of you may or may not know that the fuser unit for the printer SPC model version of the MPC copier is a lot cheaper, for example I wanted to order a MPC4500 fuser unit, the cost is around $800 but the SPC printer version is around $200 so a massive saving!

My question is does anyone have a compatibility list?

SPC811DN fuser fits the MPC4500 but is less that half the cost!

    SPc430 and MPc300/400.
-You have to change the Cover and one plug.

I swapped a 410 or 411 fuser and put it in a mpc3500 Just had to move 1 wire in the plug that is on the fuser that plugs in to the copier, put the 2 side by side and look at the wiring of the plug, I seem to remember it was a blue wire, don't hold me to that. But it wasn't hard, GOOD LUCK

        Wow where do you start

MPC4500 you can fit any of the maintenance Kits from a SPC811dn, so PCDU, transer, fuser/PTR

MPC5000/5501 you can fit the SPC820dn maintenance kits in, so PCDU and transfer units are no problem, the MPC5000 will take the SPC820 fuser but wont fit in the MPC5501

MPC5502 you can fit all kits from the SPC830, so PCDU, transfer, fuser/PTR

MP5000/5001/5002 will fit the Maintenance Kit A and B from the SP8200

The kits above is where you are going to make the most savings by far

Is there an SPC equivalent to the MPC4503? And is the fuser interchangeable?

Try the M124 and the M125 for the MP C5503. Model numbers SPC830DN/SPC831DN.

Nothing fits the xx03 range, SPC830 fits xx02.
