    samsung 6545 jamming

have customer with a samsung 6545 that has trouble with jamming when she runs church bulletins. i checked it over and cleaned all rubber. regular white paper runs fine, no jamming at all. i was able to pull older bulletins out of her cabinet and they ran fine, no jams but ones they have in a box jams almost every time. solution, something is wrong with that box of bulletins because everything else runs fine. my problem is customer took bulletins that would jam in her samsung and went and used them in a konica copier at fire station and they ran fine. she now refuses to believe anything could be wrong with those bulletins. is there anything i am overlooking that could be causing those bulletins to jam even though white paper and older bulletins run fine. why would the konica run them but not the samsung. thanks for any opinions.

    Re: samsung 6545 jamming

Sounds like a preprinted media to me, and odds are the konica would eventually start to jam too... Depends in the printing process but some preprinted stock from offset is "treated". And the treatment comes off inside the machine..
