[Error Code] Samsung M5370LX

Hi:

Recently one costumer machine report error code C3 1315 / C3 1316. Service manual says toner supply is abnormal and recommends to change the imaging unit (Drum), but it has only 8,000 copies.

Does anyone had this issue?

Hi,

The problem could be that there is no toner being supplied to the imaging unit. Have you tried changing the imaging unit?? If yes then what i suggest is try to swap your toner supply motor; if there is no change then try to check the toner supply duct if its blocked.
