I've resolved!!!For recovery HDD is necessary take open the first cassette and lateral panel, push the wake up buttom when the printer is starter, and the printer acept the recovery file!
The printer is like new!

hello everyone, i am having the same issue with the copier. I have just changed the HD as the previous HD died. anyone has anyadvice what i should do with the new HD? I am able to go to the server but not sure which files to download. and what i should do with the new harddisk, anyone can point to me the files to download and what to do next please.. much appreciated.

If your UI is stuck and the printer is working just take the that UI firmware and put it on a usb after you pressed the * 0 # and let it there, eventually it will update the firmware of the touch panel. The file done the job was V5.16.00.33.00_2015022623.hd and I uploaded it here:

Recovery for the hard drive I never tried so far as in my case only the display firmware got corrupted. For sure you will find instructions in this forum if you search for clx-9201

No, those I have as I was searching to fix my own printer. I am not a technician or so.

There is an hp ftp server with all the recoveries. You need to check there using filezilla or so:
