    Samsung C2670FW Image Quality Spotty

This horrendous machine has a whopping 46 pages printed on it.

Before you look at the pictures. I did a print stop test. This spottiness is happening BEFORE the fuser. I repeat, BEFORE the fuser. I have seen the print before the fuser, and saw the image on the transfer and it is also spotty. Yes, I ran my finger through the print. It's perfectly fused.

Now, I purchased this copier brand new from Samsung. We called support and they suggested a Primary Transfer Unit, and Transfer roller. We went ahead and replaced them. The image quality is still the same.

I cleaned all possible contacts, and I am on my wits end . The toners are new, and OEM.

UPDATE: I'm ordering HVPS. [emoji19] Let's see what happens.

Thanks for the update. I haven't seen this problem before so I'll be interested in hearing the solution.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

This may sound a little odd but from your image I would try to use a good (smooth) quality paper to see how the print out look.

agreed the media seems to have a very rough texture also might make sure the weight of the paper matches in the machine and driver

I agree try a ream of quality paper or if it quality improves on duplex its damp paper.
