    [Misc] X4220 printing 345X

    Hi Everyone

I got a machine X4220 that is printing randomly in between jobs 345X on the top left corner.
I have done HHD recovery and updated the firmware to V6.F6. I thought it could be the network but it is not I have change the IP address on the device, same issue printing 345X top left corner
Has anyone ever had this problem before

    Hi
I went back there with my own LTE, I have taken it off there network and it is working perfect on the LTE.
The problem is they got other machines on site as well (lexmark, Kyocera) and they work perfect. I have tried different print drivers, any idea on what the problem on the network could be.

have you tried HP drivers? Im guessing if you tell HP driver its a E77822 since the engine is a Samsung it might work to at least prove if its driver related

          Hi
It was when they did upgrades on the network, that the specific driver that they used was the issue.
So yes if you to a different driver should sort the problem

I changed the equipment and the problem continued,
I changed the drives to universal and the problem continued,
The only solution was to code the equipment, so the printout is canceled.

The problem should come from the computer on the network.
