X4300LX shifting image down 2 inches

Does this one all tray sizes and all trays, Shifts the scanned image down 2 inches when scanned from the ADF, Glass copies are fine and so are self prints. I have tried manual and auto adjustments to the ADF but they make 0 difference no matter how much you adjust it.

Is a ADF replacement going to be needed? Seems I read somewhere awhile back where this would solve weird skewing options.

Is HP still releasing firmware for the Samsung range?

Not really, However I did firmware update it, the firmware update that is new for it is just a security update, which I also did.

Replaced HDD about 4 months ago, Main board about 4 months ago as well. Machine has about 200K on it so not to much usage.

V6.F6.01 is latest? So that's like 2 years since any update
