    Samsung K3250 NR Multixpress ;wait, initialization in progress.

    The customer brought me this machine after updating the firmware with a USB stick, a procedure suggested by Samsung but I think it was not successful. The machine is without hdd, when it is turned on it signals "initialization in progress, waiting" and it always remains so, the initial settings appear in the background. I can enter the web but it doesn't accept login with "admin" and "sec00000". I can print correctly. I'm not sure if the firmware upload was successful. I opened the firmware in a pendrive and inserted it on the side of the keyboard, then I turned on the machine by holding down the on / off key and "firmware ready for updating" appeared, but then the loading does not continue and the machine restarts. Any suggestions welcome on the correct procedure, thanks.

      Similar issue there, restarting few moment after "firmware ready for updating" appeared.

      Did you find any solution ?

          Unfortunately I have not solved the problem, the customer uses it only as a printer. But I'm tempted to call him back to find out if he called back Samsung

              recorvery system (Use Usb1394 cable & Pc ) usblist2.exe

              update Firmware (that machine made before 21.06.01 , update V3.00.11 firmware // made after 21.06.01 , update V3.00.14 firmware)

              not solve problem . replacement MainPcb (JC92-02831B)

                      I have the Samsung K3250.
                      The machine starts, but the display freezes. only the Samsung logo is displayed.
                      I can print on it, I can access it from the network (IP address).
                      Sometimes you hear it restart.
                      Firmware update does not help.

                              The firmware UI line is empty. But it is also empty on an older configpage.
