Hi,
i've got an Samsung C9251 from a new customer - he uses 3 of them. Maybe it's important to say, that the machine had another issue before - it had no power. So we changed the power supply - now the machine is showing same error you described (stuck on Samsung logo screen).
I've used several USB-flashdrive but none of them will work. When i'll pressing while holding #0* i only get displayed "TSLIP calibration utility Touch crosshair to calibrate". So i tried also without usb flashdrive and i got to the same. My machine won't display "Ready to receive firmware". I've tried both slots - no changes. I always used your file V5.16.00.33.00_2015022623.hd also without "UI Recovery" in front of the file.
I'm a bit confused right now, after trying for (too) much hours. Maybe someone can confirm, that it is normal that with pressing "#0*" machine is going in this mode of display calibration?
Does anybody has some advice what i am doing wrong?
