hi ya . have a clx 3280 that keeps sticking on logo screen. have done firmware and machine recovery. machine has had new hdd.

Could you write to HDD?
Was firmware successful?
Please give install steps. For all items replaced and any messages received.

Design fault in v11 firmware. Supposedly fixed by v13.

Best to just revert to v10 or older. HP somehow made the firmware for this series worse than FutureSmart. If issue persists potential problem with Main Board or OPE. Supposedly, the HDD is only used for spooling.
