Samsung M2020 paper feed

Hi All

i need some assistance please i have a Samsung M2020 in our workshop it prints no problem the issue is that when it picks up the paper to feed the feed roller section "slaps / bounces" before it picks up and feeds , there is no registration issues or paper jams just the slapping / bouncing sound

any suggestion what i can look at please

Remove the toner cartridge / drum and check inside the printer, you should notice white supports at the rubber rollers, sometimes they are taken away to release the jammed paper, you have noticed if at the time of pickup they touch the sheet and rotate ?
