Start by cleaning the inside of the printer by pulling out all the groups, cleaning the photosensors and laser section, PM counters ?? Non-OEM toners may have toner leakage problems .
If the drum leaves a film of dirt and is not cleaned properly, it may need to be replaced, same thing for the transfer -

- entering tech mode and initializing EDC

-removing all cartridges and imaging drum
- powering on
- waiting for printer to prompt for cartridges
- powering off
- putting old cartridges back & img. drum in but I replaced empty yellow cartridge with spare non-OEM one

Re: samsung sl-c460fw colors offset
The printer draws an image internally on the ITB Belt /|/|/| pattern.
There is a sensor that reads this to calculate where toner should go.
You can force recalibration by removing and reinserting toner cartridges. If issue persists, then try changing cartridges starting with the black.
Very unlikely that the sensor is faulty or ITB is faulty unless there is some other faults showing.
You can try readjusting LSU, but this is most likely a cartridge /calibratino problem.
You can check the image by removing the ITB before the printer cleans the pattern.Comment
