    Samsung Xpress C480FW prints black pages

    Hello,

    I got a new problem, this time with a Samsung C480FW, at the beginning it was just paper jam in fuser. I changed the fuser but the problem still here. I disassembled the printer many times, cleaned it and suddenly, the test page is almost all black. You can see below, i searched on manual what can cause this and find it's the HVPS on the printer. Is it sure or it can be another thing ? What damaged the HPVS ? What can i do now ?
    If you can help, i will be grateful.

      Well considering the fact that laser print engines are print to no charge I would you did something to adverse affect the charging of the black drum.

              Small precision when i print on color almost all black page and with black and white almost all white pages

                  Post your problem in the actual Samsung forum where all the Samsung techs will see it and not just us old timers.

                          Ive had a similar issue before. In addition to checking the HVPS, make sure to inspect the toner cartridge and imaging unit for any issues. Clean the printer thoroughly to remove toner dust. If the problem persists, considering professional assistance might be the next step
