samsung C9251 not recognizing toner cartridges

I am not familar with this machine . It's displayeng incompatible cartridge . They are compatible cartridges that the customer has used before . I was going to upgrade the firmware to see if that changes anything , however I can't find any information about formatting the the thumb drive . fat 32 ?

Did you solve the problem ? You posted the same thread on the samsung forum as well...
I wouldn't be surprised if sometimes compatibles aren't accepted especially after updates.
Try cleaning the part where it reads the chip
