Good day all, I am hoping to get some help here please, i have a Samsung M2070 that came in
With a strange fault, it says door open BUT only when printing from the PC, copying on the glass or df
Works fine, printing from the menu like congratulations also works fine only issue when printing from pc 🤔🤔🤔🤔


I am hoping some one has a solution for me

USB connected ? Try to install with the official HP application. These little boxes either always work well or start to give headaches. Do not use the WSD port
