I have a 6345 that out of the blue will not duplex at all. When 2-2 is selected the machine will put each side on a seperate sheet. (as if 2 page seperation were selected) Adf scans both sides correctly. any ideas??
try updating the newest firmware which can be done on the samsung web page by typing in the ip then go to maintenece and select firmware and browes the file but you must do one at a time. It does take some time but should fix your problem
