CLP-365W does not start.

When I plug in the mains plug to my CLP-365W color laser printer and press the green on/off button, the green on light comes on and remains on for 11 seconds then goes off and the wps blue light flashes on for one second and goes off. Then the green on button lights up for 11 seconds and then goes off while the wps blue light comes on for 1 second and goes off. Then, again, the green on light comes on for another 11 seconds etc. This sequence just continues. The 4 cartridge indicator lights never come on. Has anyone any ideas what might be the reason?!!!!! I have checked all wiring and cables. Many thanks for any help.

Original toner?
Often the front door, closing it, does not guarantee the correct connection of the contacts on the 4 toners. Is it possible to check the status on the PC?

I have checked all the front cover connections and it seems the door is closing correctly. No matter what I try, the sequence just keeps looping. The printer will not recognize the USB lead when plugged in.
