    Samsung CLP300 Black Fixed Light Toner

    Hi Guys,
    I have a problem whi Samsung CLP300 , it always marks Black fixed LIght Toner , but I do not have problems of printer or printer quality and i have put a new cartidge Black!

    Someone, Can I help me?! Thanks a lot!

      This is a common issue on the CLP-300/CLX-3160FN. It is a black developing issue. The black developing unit can be changed separately of the imaging unit. You just have to be careful to stretch but not break the housing when disassembling.

      The part# for the black developing unit is: JC97-02616A.

      These are very simply constructed developing units. I've disassembled a few just for kicks, but found no obvious cause for the poor fill on the rubber mag roller. There must be some failure of the rubber roller? I've scrubbed that roller many a time with no visible improvement. The S-blade is clean-has no buildup. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
