Samsung 600 error message
customer hass a "SMPS FAN ERROR" message. i replaced the read fuser fan and the error came back after a few days. all fans are working not sure just whet this could be. maybe the FUSER? thanks howard

The SMPS Fan is the power supply fan, not the fuser fan. If it's an overcurrent condition the fan may not stop rotating, just draw too much current to pull the error. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

i do own a service manual for this machine. read it ALL and this error message is not in it. asked sumsung on-line was told the fuser fan. i do thank you for your power fan input and will go out and change it today howard auburn business systemsComment
