    screen =BB. Datamgrc.477 Rod T/ Internal Error Power OFF/ON

    Does anyone have encountered this problem on a brand new SCX-6322DN?

    When you turn on the machine you'll see this error on the LCD, we can't use the machine.

    The error is "screen =BB. Datamgrc.477 Rod T/ Internal Error Power OFF/ON".

          Nothing against your manual, Paul, but that error won't be in there. I've seen errors with similar syntax while working on a scanning issue. My recommendation is to call 1-800-Samsung and talk to the consumer help line. They have great resources, and will be able to help you decode that error.

          Like Kyocera products, there is a whole class of errors that are not documented in the service manuals. The difference is that Samsung will tell you what the error means. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
