Tried a bunch of stuff including a brand new machine out of box.. Skewing badly on the 2nd side (2nd printed side). Any thoughts... 2 different machines (5935's) same issue.. one brand new, one maybe 6mths old.

Thanks kindly but not needed as I have access to all official Samsung tech resources but thanks anyway... Update to this.... have since tried more of these for this... and they all seem to do the same thing more or less, new or not.... no fix either....... I'm thinking it's the uber basic design of the duplexer... but thats my 2 cents.

It is a design problem, the feeding from the side instead of the middle is the main culperit. Firming up the guides and ensuring the best possible alignment of paper helps but never eliminates the problem. If you look closesly you'll notice that the single sided images have the same problem, albeit it is subtle.Comment
