    samsung c8380 fuser reset

    this machine is displaying a message to replace the fuser. i inspected the fuser and it looks brand new. is there a way to reset this message? thanx

      How many prints on this unit? I'm assuming it's a CLX-8380ND. Do you know how to access service mode?

              Hold down 1, 2 ,3 at the same time. Then enter 1934 in the box. You're in service mode. There was updates to this machine a couple years ago, due to faulty voltage boards. Samsung paid for all repairs.
